I was told by the original owner that the 403 was .030 over. I never measured them. The shop I sent the short block too that measured them and marked it on a piston... sorry for not verifying.That's OK; his 0.030" pistons measure 0.0255" over!
As far as the "Victor" manifold, I corrected the model number to 2811 and it's for a 455 olds (got my manifolds mixed up. I do have a single plane, air gap manifold for my 403 also. here's the Victor manifold link ... hopefully
