It's got the "Police Apprehender" package, well not exactly from the factory.

"Rumored" to be standard "Police Chief's Apprehender Package." This is what the "factory" had to do to put a deep oil pan on it due to front steering.

In 1967 Oldsmobile had a "Police Apprehender Package" for the B-body (88) I always jokingly say that my 1967 Oldsmobile 98 (C-body) is the "Apprehender Package" but for the Police Chief. So I thought I better explain the "humor."
