Here's my 84 and a model someone made many moons ago and gave to me before there was a kit (from a buick GN I think) and a Johnny Lightning mini-me. I even tried to make a window sticker for the model. Shrinking it to 1/25 didn't work so hot.

My junk:
Its an 87 Cutlass I bought a few months before I turned 14. I've had it nearly 12 years now, 3 engine swaps, 3 transes, 3rd rear (not including the originals!)

Currently its an E headed 403 with 10:1 compression, t56 6 speed, with a strange dana 60. Well see how long it stays this way!

Marcar1993, did you have the factory 403 machined for a pilot bearing or did you use a "sneaker" pilot bearing? Hydraulic clutch? I love the 403s even though "lots" of people don't. That's got to be a fun car to drive.

@TURNA, yep it's an s60. 4.10s and a helical posi, wildwood discs. They are so stout with basically no upgrades, that's why went that route.

@Kennybill, I originally put this behind a 70 350 i had in the car so I went with the retrofit bearing from supercars unlimited so I wouldn't need to pull the crank. That means I chopped ~3/8" off the input shaft. At that point i just did the same thing for the 403 when i put it in, no need to drill the crank at that point.
It has a 3/4 gen f body master with a john bzdel pedal running to a mcleod throw out bearing. I originally bought a bop cast t56 bellhousing and hydro throw out from wier performance because it was supposed to work with the master I had. It didnt, and in the time I was acummulating parts McLeod introduced their throw out. If i could do it again I'd do the mcleod and a scattershield. A scattershield is coming soon to replace the aluminum bell.
I've always been a fan of the 403. This one is girdled with arias flat tops and a custom erson cam .568/.568 232/240 on a 108lsa. It makes good power and it is a blast. It runs 12s at 4200 with me in it, and the ac is still in it.

Next step is the diesel block I picked up earlier this year.

Thats what I have now, j&s 5 main halo. And the plan is to go with a 425 crank in the diesel, just not sure all the details on what direction its gonna go yet.

All nice cars. My junk, the last time my 88 looked good, it is a 30 footer currently, that will change soon.

Jetstar 1 was a "bad boy" car in its day. One step under the Starfire, only cosmetically not performance wise. I had a chance to buy a 1965 Jetstar 1 4-speed car in the late 90's. The guy wanted an arm and a leg for it, I only had the leg.t Plus back then I had a "ball and chain" she hated old cars. The car needed a lot of work. Still wish I'd bought it. 2 year only car. They had a regular Jetstar 88 but definitely different suspension/drivetrain. More of an A-body underneath. Axle bearings ate the rear housing causing big problem because only a Jetstar 88 would work. I looked at a Jetstar 88 one time also just to look it over, I passed on it also. Your 394 has the 0.921" big lifters like the Toronado 425s and early 400. Good luck

All very nice cars. Onehit, I like the wheels on the '84, very interesting that you did this. I don't typically like the chrome Superstocks, or, I should say, I don't like them for the look I've been going for on my car. But with the trim rings added, it's kind of a cross between the two. Very cool.

Here's mine. For better or worse, the Cutlass has been my "budget" car, while another car I was building got all the $$. Sold that other car, because I never drove it, so now the Cutlass gets most of my attention.
