Saying hi, from Ga. New to the group look forward to sharing pics and learning from many of you vets. I see a few familiar Avatars, cool! Still working on my 87 Salon with T -Tops. Glad to be in the group.

Welcome. I see an Olds SB V8 with Edelbrock heads, I like it a lot. Tell us all your build details but I think I know. A nice 87 indeed, how did that governor work for you?

Well I actually haven't got around to using it yet. Found a tranny from a 442, and have plans to build that. Its money, so much I want to do. Waiting to get the 87 to my paint guy and redo the engine bay and undercarriage of the Salon. The engine, is a 72 Olds Rocket 358 full roller. Nothing major but, I can't wait to hear that baby turn over.

Well, there you go, it will shift about the same as the governor I sent you. Make sure someone who knows the 2004R builds it right, expect about 2 grand in parts alone.
